Many people say that being homosexual is not a choice that "they were born that way". In my personal opinion, no one is born that way. It is not until they are old enough to understand what homosexuality is and that my friends is where they are faced with a decision. Basically they have a "CHOICE" to make. THANK YOU! that's the key word people CHOICE. Everyday we as humans are faced with multiple decisions or choices. Not to mention that everyone at some point in life whether your male or female has thought of homosexuality. It is only the ones who act  upon those thoughts and urges that they are homosexuals. Take for instance Serial Killers. They aren't born serial killers, no thats crazy right. How can some one sit there kill a multitude of people and claim "Oh I was born this way". Because everyone knows whether your gay, straight, lesbian, transsexual, bisexual, democrat, republican, Jew, Catholic, Mormon, black, white, Asian, or Spanish you know without a shadow of a doubt that the serial killer knew what he was doing all along. It was what..........HIS DECISION or lack of a better term CHOICE. There it is again people the word choice. No one told him to go and kill 15 to 20 people.... No, he did it on his own FREE WILL. Just like Being a homosexual is of YOUR OWN FREE WILL. It's a persons CHOICE whether or not he wants to partake in Homosexuality. Like I said before, and I will say again "It starts out as a thought, in ones mind". If the person wants to follow that certain thought then fine. But don't make an excuse for yourself. You don't have to be homosexual, you can change. Take me for instance. I am 27yrs old. There are certain times through out the year that, Yeah I sit and think what it would be like if I was gay, but guess what, I don't act upon those thoughts. I have a beautiful fiancee, an Amazing daughter. Am I perfect.... no, no one is. But I will tell you this, I have murderous thoughts and tendencies. Almost everyday I fight thoughts in my mind to go and see what it would be like to kill people. But do I make excuses for myself like saying I was born that way or act upon those thoughts........ NO! why.... you ask. I will tell you. Because I have taught my brain, mind, and soul to determine what choices I should make, weigh the possibilities of all things right and wrong. Being gay or homosexual isn't from birth, it's from choices we make as individuals. We are all Unique. the choices we make determine the out come of a situation or lifestyle. Or in this case sexual orientation.
